Merry Christmas....Santa is coming !!!

Merry Christmas everyone! Maddie is very excited about Christmas this year. She has seen Santa at the mall AND had breakfast with him at our church. She had pancakes and then got to tell him what she would like to have in this order-a red bike, baby doll clothes and a train set....oh, and "more toys". I have a feeling he will accomodate all her requests. She recently rode a bike in a toy store so she has proven herself ready. When we got home, she picked up her pink "cell phone" and called him as well.She went over the list a third time-just to be safe.

A couple weeks ago, she and cousin Jude went to ride the famous "Pink Pig" at Lenox Mall. Those pictures are of the original contraption but they rode a small train. She is still talking about it today.

More to follow after Christmas Day...oh and our new baby will be delivered on February 21st! We are now booked at Northside Hospital. 2 months to go!

Happy Halloween!!!!

Maddie had a fantastic Halloween as a Fairy Princess!She loved Trick-or-Treating and we did the whole loop of our street.Yes, we walked up the giant hill and everything!We had a great time!

Her class party was fun too. I was in charge of the craft-scary I know. It was a picture frame with foam Halloween stickers that the kids got to stick on it. I painted them black with glitter paint prior to the party. We put one of these class photo's in it before they went home.See...I am kind of crafty!

October 2007 prior to Halloween

Maddie has had a busy month! She went to the Pumpkin Patch, went on a hay ride, went to the Fair, rode a pony, and ALL in one day!!! She really enjoys dressing up and is excited about Halloween. We carved a pumpkin the other night and she is very proud of it. She checks on it every few hours out on the front porch. Yesterday, she and Nana baked cookies and put sprinkles on them(and the rest of the kitchen too!).Oh well! It was fun!

Mommy had a check up on 10/22 and the baby is growing well and due on March 6th. We had our 20 week ultrasound and its a.................................surprise baby again! Guess you will have to wait and see with the rest of us again! :)

September 2007

In September, we went to Lake Tellico with Grandma & Grandpa Jeff, The Spenners and more. Then, we went back to beach!It was a blast! Nana and Granddaddy went on the beach trip with us.

Maddie Turns 2

Maddie turned 2 years old on July 30th. Mom is a little late posting the pictures so forgive me please! We had a watermelon pinata which was a hit with the kids and Maddie got a "playground" in her back yard as her gift from us. All the kids had fun playing together. The Curious George cake and icecream were the highlight of the party for Maddie.

We announced at the party that we are expecting ANOTHER BABY!!! More info to follow soon...Maddie will be a big sister in March 2008!

Almost....two!

One more month and Madilyn will be 2 years old.Time has flown by.Here are her newest pictures taken by Patricia Gagne(I don't dare take credit!).

She now says a lot of sentences, can sit in real chairs at restaurants, open the back door to let the dogs out(and herself too)! We are very busy keeping up with her. She also loves the pool and will jump off the side to the count of 3! Maddie can count to 10 with very little help and can sing "Happy Birthday". She is so much fun! Come see us soon!

Maddie loves the beach! She ran in the waves, played in the pool and was exhausted every night! We had a great time in Seacrest Fl.

May 2007

Madilyn has been having a fun month so far. Here are a few of her latest activities including playing in the sprinkler, climbing everything on the playground and feeding the mass amount of geese in our neighborhood.There are currently 14 babies quacking around! She has her Mother and Nana's fear of geting too close to the birds, but she still likes to throw chunks of bread at them.
