Summrer & Fall 08

Where do we start??? Maddie has turned three, Tessa Rose Hanna was born, Graden is crawling & standing on his own, Maddie went to a princess dance show and played a whole season of soccer and oh yeah its Halloween tomorrow! Happy Halloween! My how time flies when you are having fun(or having kids!).

June & July 2008

The kids are doing great! Graden is now 6 months old and Maddie is officially 3 years old! We had a great trip to Indiana in July and a wonderful birthday party for Maddie too. Maddie has now started pre-school again. We are just staying super busy around here!

We have a new cousin named Ava up in Indiana. Our other new girl cousin will be born any day now. Aunt Amanda is ready to pop!More pictures to follow from Maddie's birthday soon...along with "Baby Hanna" when she arrives!

April & May 2008

We just returned from the beach! It was wonderful! Maddie is such a big girl lately. We have been finishing potty training, helping with brother and playing with lots of friends. She even got to go fishing with Dad for the first time.Graden is smiling, cooing back at us and sleepign through the night. It's been a good month!

Graden and Maddie have been having all kinds of fun together. He got his first bath and has a couple more since then. He does not care for them just yet! Maddie had an Easter egg hunt at church and we all cheered her on. She picked up about 40 of them! She is a pro Easter egg gatherer.Graden has gained several pounds and is doing well. Big sis likes to love on him constantly still and its very cute.

Baby is here!!! It's a BOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maddie is officially a big sister now!!! Graden James Spenner was born Feb 21st at 8:45am. He was 7lbs 9oz and 21 inches long(despite being born two weeks before the due date!). So, he is a big boy already!He is doing great and Maddie is wonderful with him.She likes to pat his back to help burp him, bring him pacifiers, bring him toys, cover him up, tickle his feet and more!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Happy Valentine's Day! We have had a fun month with a couple of snow showers. We are ALL looking forward to next week. Maddie will finally become a BIG SISTER on Thursday Feb 21st. We will go to the hospital early that morning and will have an update afterwards...

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Christmas has been a blast! Maddie got her first real bike, a train set, and an assortment of baby doll and dress-up clothes. So, she is a happy happy girl! Her elf stayed with us all of December watching to make sure she was a "good girl". You can see him hanging from the fan. He moved around every night to a new fun spot.

"Gamma" other wise know as Grandma came to visit and we had a good time. Here she is with her "Hollywood" glasses on posing with her Grandma.She was so excited to have her visit that she woke us up at 2:30am to play with Grandma and Grandpa Jeff. I guess that will be good practice for our future middle of the night wakings with the baby right? Luckily, she did go back to sleep after an hour or so...

Maddie has several new "boyfriend's". You can see her smiling at Jackson after we finished lunch.

We asked her what her favorite part of Christmas was and she said "Mary, Joseph and baby Jesus". We had taken her to our church Christmas service with a live nativity scene. That was her favorite thing that she did.She even hugged the cow and goat afterwards. Can't wait until next year!!!
